For example, not just delivering the job in hand, but taking into account all related issues and assessing long-term implications and flagging up any potential opportunities or shortcomings.
Our work gives us the opportunity to share the experience we have gained over many years. This can take the form of a fully drafted schedule setting out a long-term strategy to simply being a sounding board. To us, customer service cuts both ways; it benefits our clients and it gives us job satisfaction.

Cost: we are by no means as expensive as a company that has to pay for overheads such as offices and sales staff etc. but we can certainly deliver the high quality of design and photography you would expect from a large agency - as you can see from the work shown on our website. We are not cheap either because we know that cheap design and photography do not produce results, satisfied customers or future business. We charge enough to allow us time to produce work of the highest standard and give our clients the best chance of success with the material we produce. In short, we are fair and conscientious.
