Primary page NO PRESSURE . . . Our work allows us to share the experience we gained at the sharp end over many years. At one extreme, we could give you a full schedule setting out a long-term corporate strategy or at the other end of the scale you could use us simply as a sounding board. We believe excellent customer service cuts both ways. It benefits our clients and gives us job satisfaction. We are used to working with large companies that seek input from specialists who understand the corporate process. Likewise, we have helped smaller companies wanting to expand their businesses and worked closely with those just starting out. The Visual Image has the necessary skills and experience to produce professional work that gets results. At The Visual Image, there
are no strings attached to a meeting, no pressure selling and no biased
information. If we can help, we will.
How do you know if the design

Whether you use our individual services or our total package, you will get constructive advice, a long-term analysis and a projection of results. Our advice comes from experience, not theory, and it’s all part of the service. . . . we have the know how.
Effective design relies on an understanding of marketing. Appreciating the process that promotional material goes through when it reaches the customer is essential. How do we know how that process works? The answer is in the enormous amount of experience we have had as clients ourselves within manufacturing and service industries. The ‘decision to purchase’ is a complex process. Inside information is invaluable. We continuously assess all our work to ensure it will give our clients the best chance of success; no matter how their printed material is used. We will also give constructive advice on how to launch and handle marketing campaigns using our work. To complement our creative design input, we also provide a copywriting service. Nikon, Fuji digital, Hasselblad cameras and bespoke retouching software . . . to produce images at a substantially reduced cost than would have been incurred using a traditional large format camera. We also produce our own creative
photography that is sold through The Visual Image’s associate company,
Life Space. In this way, we maintain an active presence in the retail
marketplace and so share the Member of the British Institute of Professional Photographers (204 words)
Information has to be easily accessible. Keep a visitor waiting and they will be back on their search engine in a click. It is no accident that many large companies have cut their websites back to the bare essentials. The reason is simple; they want to convert visitors to sales. In today’s commercial world, how many of us have time to watch a mini TV production? This is particularly true of senior managers, the decision makers . . . your customers. Before we start designing a
website, it is essential to define its objectives. Appealing to the target
market is paramount. Because The Visual Image is an integrated service,
